Check-in / check-out
- Check-in after 4:00 PM (we send a door code a few days before you arrive)
- Check-out before 11:00 AM
- Quiet time: 10:00 PM
- Occupancy: 25 day / 25 night
- Minimum stay: 3 nights (Thanksgiving 4)
House rules
- No animals, no exceptions — boarding in Port Hadlock (~8 miles): dogandigroomandboard.com
- No smoking in the home
- No use of firearms on the property
- Alcohol is allowed; this is a family environment — disruptive guests can be asked to leave
- No RV hookups; parking and outdoor plugs are fine
Jacuzzi
- 7-person jacuzzi on the property
- Treat it as a family house — keep late noise inside after quiet hours
Payment
- No credit cards — electronic check or mailed check only
- $1,000 deposit to book · balance 90 days before arrival
- Mail checks to 512 Blue Mountain Rd, Chimacum, WA 98325 — Dave’s house, not the rental
- The listing and map pin are 516 Blue Mountain Rd
Cancellation
- Payments are non-refundable
- If the dates are rebooked, all but $500 will be refunded — notify Dave as soon as possible
Events
- Gatherings allowed with a $3,000 surcharge and a 50-guest cap
- Sleeping occupancy stays at 25
Packing notes
Groceries: QFC at 1890 Irondale Road in Port Hadlock for a full cart, Chimacum Corner Farmstand on Rhody Drive for local food, and Port Townsend if you’re already in town. Favorite board games, house slippers, and extra blankets for bunk guests if you like a pile-up. We’ll send a short list with arrival notes.

Do you take credit cards?
We don’t. Payment is an electronic check or a check in the mail. That’s how this house has always been booked — directly with us.
Are pets allowed?
No animals, and we don’t make exceptions. There’s boarding in Port Hadlock, about eight miles away: dogandigroomandboard.com.

Where do we buy groceries?
QFC at 1890 Irondale Road in Port Hadlock is the full supermarket a few minutes from the house. Chimacum Corner Farmstand on Rhody Drive is the local grocer. Port Townsend if you are already in town.
