Common questions

Questions about the house

How many can sleep here, and whether you can host extra people for a day.

How many people can stay?

Twenty-five, day and night. If you want extra people for a daytime gathering, we can host up to 50 with a $3,000 event fee. Overnight is still 25.

How do we decide who sleeps where?

Open the interactive floor plans. Every bedroom, bath, and living room is on the map with photos. Send that page to your group before anyone packs.

Can we invite more than 25 for a daytime gathering?

Yes, up to 50 people, with a $3,000 event fee. Sleeping is still capped at 25. Call Dave before you print invitations.
